Stage One
The Bathroom Survey
Our first appointment with you will be an introduction of what we have to offer, tell you a little bit about our Company and get a general idea of your requirements. This will include any ideas you may have; – what will suit your lifestyle, any likes or dislikes, your budget, and finally we will guide you through the options you have. Following a measure up and survey, Roly will be in a position to advise and help you with your choices, leaving you with suitable brochures for you to browse through.
Unless you contact us sooner, a week later we will get back to you to discuss any further ideas and choices you have made. We know that choosing the right bathroom can be quite daunting when faced with endless brochures, so please call us at any time if you are having any difficulty choosing or would simply like more guidance. We do not use high pressure or pushy sales methods, we like to think that the quality of our work speaks for itself. Roly will be happy to show you our portfolio of previous installations and references from our most recent customers.
Stage Two
The Quote
Once you have made your selection, as long as we have all the information (including tiles, accessories etc.) we aim to have a quote out to you within 5 working days. We will send you a copy via email and a hard copy in the post along with our Customer Charter and our Terms & Conditions. Again, please contact us with any questions or concerns, we will be more than happy to provide you with an answer.
Stage Three
The Order
Upon receiving written confirmation and a signed copy of our Terms & Conditions, we will arrange a suitable date for the work to commence. As a rule, we like to order parts at least 2 weeks before work commences, not only to ensure that the correct items arrive in perfect condition, but that we have all the items to hand to guarantee continuity in our work. However, there may be an occasion whereby we need to order special order goods up to 6 weeks before the work commences. We will continue to make you aware of any changes as they arise.
Stage FOUR
The Installation
Subject to deposit paid, the work will commence when a suitable date is agreed. The work will continue, uninterrupted, until completed. Our fitters work to a very high standard and part of this is to ensure minimal upheaval along with maximum safety. All our fitters are employed by The Lavender Bathroom Company (we do not use sub-contractors) giving you peace of mind that they all have the experience and knowledge to complete your bathroom to the highest standard.
All the work will be carried out so as to cause as little disruption as possible. The work areas will be kept as clean and tidy as is practical throughout the working day and left clean and tidy at the end of each working day.
All debris and materials will be removed entirely on completion at a cost illustrated within your quote unless you request to remove the rubbish yourself. Please inform us of this choice at Stage 3.
